What does a typical yacht rental entail?
Our rentals come with an experienced crew, all required safety gear, fuel, and basic non-alcoholic refreshments. Each service type has its own set of inclusions — for example, sunset cruise packages come with upscale snacks and select drinks, whereas business charters offer meeting amenities and corporate-friendly catering choices.
How much lead time is needed for a booking?
To secure a booking, we suggest doing so 2–3 weeks ahead, and even earlier for busy periods between May–September. For business gatherings and personal events, arranging 4–6 weeks prior can ensure greater selection and provide ample time for personalization.
What is the protocol for unfavorable sailing conditions?
Maintaining safety is our top concern. Should the captain deem weather conditions unsafe, we'll suggest a new date for your charter or issue a full refund. We keep a close watch on the forecast and will reach out a full day prior if the weather seems unsuitable.
May I supply my own provisions and drinks?
While guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks, we also offer a premium catering service tailored to your preferences. Take note that for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited onboard.
Do you provide yachts that accommodate guests with mobility issues?
We aim to cater to all our guests. Some of our yachts are equipped with features that enhance accessibility more than others. When making a reservation, discuss any specific requirements, and we will guide you to the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary preparations.
What's your policy on cancellations?
If a cancellation occurs 72 hours prior to setting sail, a full reimbursement is provided. Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours receive half of the amount back. Any cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, unless we cancel due to adverse weather or mechanical issues on our end.
